Human sacrifice is the practice sacrificing a human being to a deity or God. In exchange the presenter is granted supernatural power, money or some other form of compensation. Sacrifice appeases the deity as this is viewed as the highest form of worship. Human sacrifice was practiced routinely in ancient cultures including the Canaanites, Aztecs, Egyptians, Incas and Sumerians among others.
So what does this have to do with today? Well today many religions disguised as organizations such as Freemasons are DIRECT descendants of the aforementioned religious cultures, worshiping the SAME deities.

Today we are inundated with Egyptian symbolism on logos, jewelry, clothing and even our money. Egyptian deities such as Isis, Ra, Set, Horus and Anubis are as recognizable as the American Eagle which itself is a representation of the Egyptian Phoenix. Sun symbolism is as well prevalent representing sun worship. All this symbolism is magical not coincidental or arbitrary.
